Mymoena’s love for nurturing the potential of youth has culminated in her establishing consulting and training companies before joining Greenhouse. Her expertise lies in developing customised skills programmes and learnerships that would enhance the employment opportunities of youth in this country, as well as up skill current employees who hail from previously disadvantaged backgrounds with limited access to resources and funding.

Mymoena has conducted facilitation for different private clinics on e.g., COIDA (Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act). In addition, Mymoena has developed her own Private Practice Administration and Reception Training manual with widespread success among established healthcare providers.

She has presented various youth workshops on personal growth, development, managing stress and other related life skills. Mymoena is precise and meticulous, with a no-nonsense rule when it comes to executing the highest professionalism at all times.
